Instructions to make Microwave Sponge Cake:
  1. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) together and mix lightly. In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the vanilla and oil. Add the milk to the egg mixture and make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Pour the egg mixture into the well.
