Steps to make Jjajiangmyeon:
- Dice the ingredients
- Fry the pork fat at low heat until oil is released and remove
- Add the Pork belly and fry till caramelized
- Add onion and fry till caramelized
- Add daikon and cook till slightly soft
- Add carrot and zuchini and fry
- Add potato and fry
- Open a space and add chunjiang and fry for 2mins
- Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 mins
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste
- Add cornstarch slurry and thicken
- Finish with mirin and sesame oil
- Cook noodles and Serve sauce on noodles
