  1. Prepare 2 Cooked Lobsters
  2. Prepare 2 cups cooked white rice, short grain or long grain

  1. Take lobster meat out of its shell and chop up into cubes not too small, set aside
  2. In a large sauce pan or wok add the oil once heated up add green onion and garlic,salt and pepper saute for about 1 to 2 mins don't burn garlic
  3. Add rice saute add soy sauce mix thoroughly then add lobster mix to combine then add scrambled egg cook for 2 mins if you need more liquid add 1/4 cup chicken broth
  4. Place on serving plate enjoy..
