  6. Take 2 tablespoons ‘Ponzu’ *OR 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce & 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  7. Get 1-2 teaspoons Sugar
  8. Get 1-2 teaspoons Sesame Oil *OR Canola Oil
  9. Take 1-2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
  10. Get 1 tablespoon ‘Mentsuyu’ (if you have it) *optional

The green tea is what gives cha soba noodles its light green color. Traditional Soba noodles are typically grey-brown in color. First things first - soba is so cool. It's totally your call, and it's totally going to be bomb delicious when you pull it out of the fridge for lunch/dinner/snack/repeat.

Instructions to make Green ‘Cha-Soba’ Noodle Salad:
  1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Make sure Wasabi paste is well dissolved, otherwise you will have to cry. Taste it and alter the flavour to suit your taste, especially the amount of Wasabi.
  2. Cook ‘Cha-Soba’ Noodles according to the instruction on the package. Basically cook in the boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes. You may with to cook some vegetables, such as Green Beans and Asparagus, with the noodles.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain well. Arrange the cooked noodles and green vegetables on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over and enjoy.
