- You may refrigerate the puree for 30 minutes to make it firm. You can store in an airtight container and refrigerate it for future use.
I made this grape sorbet when I tried grapes granita, I made the juices seperately and freezed it in individual containers. Though the making of granita and sorbet is somewhat similar, the texture makes. This sorbet gets its intense purple hue from Concord grapes, which have a deep blue-black skin. The longer you process it in the ice-cream maker, the lighter and fluffier your final product will be. This strain is known for its mouth-watering name and flavor that backs it up.
