- First boil mashroom for 25 mins.
- Take out the mashroom from water n put in a net so extra water will go off.

- Now dip all the boiled mashroom into the batter and keep it for 10 mins so that mashroom can soak the batter in it.
- Now in a pan take cooking oil for deep fry. Put the mashroom in hot oil and deep fry it till they become golden in color and take out from the pan. (Medium flame).
- Now in a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put chopped ginger garlic. Do not fry too much. Then add chopped green onion and green chilli. Cook it for 5 mins. (Medium flame)
- Now add black pepper powder + black soya sauce+ green chilli sauce+vinegar and mix it well.
- Now add the liquid (1/2 tb spn corn starch+1/2 tb spoon maida (all purpose flour)+1/2 cup water). Add salt as per the taste and Mix it well and cook for 5 mins. (medium flame)
- Now add fried mashroom and chopped capsicum and cook it for 4 mins.
- Mashroom chilli is ready now
