  2. Get 1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  3. Get 1/2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Make ready 1/4 Tsp black pepper (powdered)
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tsp salt
  6. Take 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  7. Get 1 Tbsp All purpose flour
  8. Take Oil for frying
  9. Prepare Some chopped coriander

  1. Take Soya chunks in a bowl, add hot water and some salt. Soak for 15 minutes. Soya chunks should be soften. Remove from the water and squeeze it completely.
  2. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt and mix them well. Now add corn flour, All purpose flour and mix them well. Coat it properly. Keep it aside.
  3. Now Heat the oil. Put the coated chunks one by one in the oil. Stir it, fry them until they get golden brown. Now take out form the oil and garnish with some chopped coriander and serve them hot with the sauce:)

It goes well with rice, chapathi, and any Indian bread. Add ground paste and fry till dry. Frying soya chunks doesn't reduce its protein content. Soaking them in water and then consuming them becomes difficult to eat as the volume increases. Add the soya chunks to the paste and mix well so that the paste is well coated on the soya.
