- Make ready 1 cup maida(all purpose flour)
- Get 1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)

- Take 1 onion (finely chopped)

It is important that all ingredients are fresh and the Momos are prepared just before consumption because that's the way they taste best! Instructions to make Soya cabbage momos:
- Take maida and add 1 teaspoon oil, a pinch of pepper and salt to taste and knead it into a soft dough. And keep it aside.
- Heat up the pan add some water and let it boil. When it boils add soya granules and put the flame off. Now take aside and remove water from it.
- Heat up pan add some oil. When oil gets heated up add onion(don't let it cook) saute it and add garlic paste and mix it well then add cabbage, soya granules, pepper, red chilli powder, salt and soya sauce and mix it well.
- Don't let it cook only stir it for 1-2 mins.
- Now take some water in a pan and let it boil and apply some oil to a strainer and put it into the pan so that it doesn't touch the water surface. (don't do it if you have steamer just get your steamer ready)
- Now take small section of dough and roll it into small roti or make big one and cut it into round with help of lid or mould.
- Apply some water to edges. Now fill stuffing into it and give it shape of your choice. Put it into strainer and put lid on pan. let it cook in the steam.
- Serve hot with Schezwan chutney
