- Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder & salt,Saute for a second. Now add grinded tomatoes puree & cubed shaped capsicums.
- Cook till oil spreads from corners.
- After an hour,heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the nuggets till they become golden in colour. Take them out on a tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed.
- Put the fried nuggets in the onion tomato gravy with 1 cup of water.cover it & cook on low flame till all the water is dissolved.
- Switch off the gas & serve hot as side dish or as starters.
