  5. Now take paneer and fry it on low flame till golden brown.
  6. For mayonnaise sauce: take oil and milk in a blending jar and blend it to smooth paste.now add a pinch of salt and blend it again.our mayonnaise is ready.
  7. For schezewan sauce: take red chillies and dip it in water for 2 hours.
  8. Take out red chilli after 2 hours and blend it into smooth paste.
  9. Take a pan and add oil in it.now add chopped ginger and cook it for 5 min.add red chilli paste and cook it for 10 min at medium flame.
  10. Now add soya sauce tomato ketchup and vinegar in it and cook it for another two min.add 1 cup water in it and cook it.add salt at the end mix it properly and cook it till oil gets separated and our sauce is ready
