Fry the mince until nicely colored. Take the mince off the pan and drain off. Then, finely chop chilli and ginger, garlic and string. After experimenting with the new Sheet Metal environment I found a much simpler way of accomplishing this task.

  4. Assembly: Take half cooked chapati. Spread the mayonnaise and schezwan sauce then add all the stuffing in half portion of chapati. Fold another portion of chapati. And cooked again till crispy(brown in colour)
  5. Serve in plates and divide into two portions
  6. Enjoy.
