  2. Add salt, pepper and herbs, I used dried sage. Using your hands, squeeze as much water out of the mixture as possible. Heat oil and knob or two of butter in a pan. Using pastry ring, add the mixture or make one big one
  3. Press down firmly using a pan lid and cook on medium turning once or twice. Serve when golden brown :)
