- Get Potato 2 large
- Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil or regularoil
- Get 1 tsp Black pepper
- Get 1 tbsp Corn flour

Rinse potatoes under cold water; drain well. Thoroughly wash potatoes, cut in half, and slice into wedges. Toss wedges in olive oil and seasonings. - My personal favourite. Place aluminium foil in oven tray. In one bowl add half of wedges and mix it with black pepper salt and olive oil. Place this wedges on aluminium foil and bake till it get golden crust
- Or. Just coat wedges with corn flour. And fry it. Fry it till it become crispy from outside. Once fried, add some salt and pepper and serve.
- Try cook it in oven as it tastes better though its not as crispier like fried one.
