  1. In a mixing bowl,take 1/2 cup (100 ml) hung curd and whisk it till it becomes smooth and light.Now add 1 Cup single Cream (200ml)whisk well to mix properly.
  2. Add 1/4 cup ripe Mango puree to the mixture.Mix it and add 4 tbsp powder sugar.stirr well to mix properly.It looks delicious and creamy.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup Alphanso Mango pieces,1/4 cup apple pieces,1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds,1 tbsp each of chopped Almonds,chopped Cashews,chopped Pistachios.Mix thoroughly.Cover with lid and keep in fridge to cool for 2 hours After 2 hours take it out.It becomes little thick.
