  5. Add dissolved gelatin and mix well. The caramel mixture will starts to thicken.
  6. Switch off the flame and strain the caramel mixture. Transfer the strained caramel mixture to desired bowl or glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight..
  7. To make Praline…Add 1 tbsp water to the sugar and let it melt on medium heat. Once it becomes dark amber colour add in the chopped nuts and mix well until it is coated evenly. Transfer on to a aluminum foil and spread evenly. Let it cool. Powder the Praline using a rolling pin
