- Place jars on elevated rack in canner. Lower rack into canner. ( Water must cover jars 1-2". Cover and bring to a gentle boil. Process 10 minutes Remove jars . Allow to cool. Check seals. If not sealed. Refigeration is necessary.let stand 24 hours. . Store away..
To make a single batch simple divide your ingredients in half. Please make sure that your pectin is suitable for making sugar free jam for best. In a big bowl mix splenda and pectin together. To make the jam: In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients and heat on medium-high. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil (a boil that doesn't stop bubbling when stirred) over high heat, stirring constantly.
