Steps to make Sugar Free Kheer (Rice Pudding):
  1. It's good to make kheer in a earthen pot…you can use normal pot too.
  2. Boil milk and bring to half. Add cardamom (elaichi) for flavour.
  3. Add in saffron and pinch of turmeric (do not add too much as it can become bitter…)
  4. Add dry fruits. (leave some for garnish)
  5. Add boiled rice and cook till the milk reduces to 1/4th of original quantity. Keep stirring to avoid milk sticking to the pan.
  6. In the end add sugar substitute (I used sugar free natura powder 7-8 scoops) you can use sugar also.
  7. Garnish with remaining dry fruits. You can serve hot or chilled
