  2. Prepare 2 tbsp black pepper (7 grams)

  5. Take 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon (10 grams)
  6. Take 30 pieces cardamom

  8. Take 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
Instructions to make Garam Masala:
  1. If your ingredients are fresh seeds first slightly heat them on the pan on medium high flame for about 2 mins
  2. Then blend all spices in blender till well mixed
