  4. Chop it up
  5. Then start adding ingredients. Oil and flour. Once flour start getting brown and garlic. Mix it up and add chopped up spinach. Mix everything
  6. Add milk and keep mixing it until starts to bubble. Add the vegeta.
  7. Depending how thick you want it keep adding milk to it.
  8. Once it's done you can serve with chips, fries, bread or whatever you prefer. Enjoy.
