  4. cut green onion whites and separate from green
  5. heat wok medium high
  6. add oil, garlic, green onion whites, and onions. stir fry 1 minute
  7. add flank steak and black beans. stir fry until beef is no longer pink, 1-2 minutes
  8. add noodles and toss gently.
  9. add sauce and coat. cook 2 minutes
  10. toss in bean sprouts and green onions. 1 minute
